Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Product Defects or Quality Issues

  • We offer a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives defective or with quality issues.

Incorrect or Missing Item

  • If you've received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, we’ll cover all costs to rectify the issue quickly.

Damaged Upon Arrival

  • If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately, and we'll replace it at no additional cost.

Late Delivery

  • If your order arrives more than 20 days late, you'll receive a compensation refund of $7.

Wrong Size, Color, or Changed Mind

  • You can return or exchange the item, but please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please verify your shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error afterward, contact us immediately to correct it.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our customer support.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you'll receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Ship the Return: Pack securely and send within 10 days of approval. Provide us with the tracking number.

  4. Receive Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 5 days through your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used or not in original condition.

  • Items returned beyond the allowed period.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Please provide clear photos and a description of the issue within 5 days of receipt, and we'll swiftly issue a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 60 minutes after placing, as orders are quickly processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Customers from the EU can return orders within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, under the same condition requirements as above.
